When we think of airline operations, we often think of the flight crew, cabin crew, and customer-facing ground staff at airports. Its not often that people (perhaps apart from aviation enthusiasts) think of one crucial team that is, in fact, a key component of airline operations: the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) team. This behind-the-scenes team is arguably one of the most important departments in any airlines operations.
