On 20 January 2025, Trump will assume office, and on 20 January 2029, he will vacate that office (as this is his second term, he is not eligible to run again). However, Boeing now expects to deliver the new Air Force One jets in 2029 or later – meaning Trump’s successor will be the first to fly these. Boeing is replacing the two VC-25 presidential aircraft (better known as Air Force One). The program has been met with delays and cost overruns (and due to a fixed-price contract,
