Scheduled – We are undertaking emergency maintenance on a core router in Hong Kong to rectify a software bug that caused a brief outage yesterday, following advice from our vendor.

Customers in Hong Kong with unprotected services may encounter up to two brief outages, each lasting no more than 5-10 minutes during this timeframe.

Other customers may notice routing changes for traffic destined to Hong Kong, as our backbone automatically reroutes this traffic via alternative paths.
