Finance Minister Katy Gallagher reveals that the Digital ID Act 2024 will officially commence from 1 December, 2024.
She ensures Australians that the system will provide individuals with a “safe and voluntary” way to verify your identity for use in online transactions with government and businesses.
That fact she has stated the above means the complete opposite. There are many reasons why this system should not go ahead and we should not have a Digital ID with many risks and downside.
