Why British Airways Has Two Dornier 328JETS That Aren’t Even In Britain

Watching over the skies of Billund, London, and Manchester, keen plane spotters will see an unusual jet flying in a British Airways livery operated by Danish regional carrier Sun Air of Scandinavia. This carrier operates several scheduled services from Billund International Airport (BLL) to Manchester Airport (resuming October 24) and London City Airport under a franchise agreement over 25 years. Sun Air also operates several charter, air taxi services, specialist aerial work, and aircraft brokerage services.
