Few aircraft types elicit as much negative response from passengers as regional jets, although I’m fond of them. More specifically, they dislike the 50-seat, single-class, cramped CRJ200 and Embraer ERJ145, where they might be unable to stand up or store carry-on bags. It is somewhat different for larger equipment, although the sense of small space is still present for many. While passengers anxiety might rise further for overnight RJ flights, US readers might be pleased that very few exist.
