Multimodal Trade Fair 2024 presents a chock-full programme

Live studio conversations, an exhibition floor with more than 75 exhibitors, interviews, dozens of knowledge sessions and even a VIP deck. Multimodal 2024 is not to be missed for those active in the logistics or shipping sector.
The Multimodal Transport Expo 2024 will take place on 14 March in Breda, the Netherlands. The publication Nieuwsblad Transport will present an extensive program on no fewer than five different stages in collaboration with publications Flows and Schuttevaer. Top speakers from the logistics sector share their vision and update visitors on the latest developments.

Multimodal Transport Expo is the place where transport and logistics companies from the Dutch and Flemish transport sectors present themselves to the market. Visiting the event is free of charge. The fair offers the opportunity to meet shippers, carriers, forwarders and other stakeholders from the multimodal supply chain.

All modalities

On the main stage, prominent speakers from the Dutch and Flemish transport sector will be questioned by journalists from Nieuwsblad Transport, Flows and Schuttevaer. All modalities are discussed in the 1-on-1 interviews, arguments and debates. How are things going in inland shipping, shortsea, air freight, rail and road transport?

The knowledge pavilion is the second stage. Here Nieuwsblad Transport will present a real talk show. Expert panels discuss various themes, such as cyber security, the logistics expectations of politicians and the consequences of establishing zero-emission zones on urban logistics.

Topsector Logistiek will present its own program during the Multimodal Transport Expo, with various speakers and practical examples in the morning. In the afternoon, as an attendee you can work on important logistical issues during interactive workshops.

Some sessions:

  • Carl Holthausen’s hydrogen mission
  • How do we keep the flow on the waterways?
  • Rail transport: the logistical challenges of doing business in China
  • Can logistics companies cope with hackers?
  • Logistics: political expectations
  • The transition to zero-emission road transport
  • Diversity in the logistics sector: why is it not working?
