On Thursday, February 15, Tampa International Airport (TPA) revealed that Spirit Airlines was set to launch four new routes this upcoming spring. The four new routes will assist in transporting passengers during the expected travel surge that occurs in March and April. The four new services operate from Kansas City International Airport (MCI) in Missouri, Memphis International Airport (MEM) in Tennessee, Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Wisconsin, and Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Tennessee.
