Axian Telecom reportedly in for triple-play provider in Kenya

Chilean operator WOM filed for bankruptcy after it failed to refinance its US$348 million debt pile in November, due to challenging macroeconomic conditions. 

Operator Vodacom South Africa has built an enablement platform for mobile virtual network operators and signed up its first MVNO client, declaring the platform open for business.
