While Southwest Airlines management and its aggressive shareholders bitterly fight for control of the airline, thousands of loyal employees turn up for work every day to keep the airline running. Some of those are already feeling the cold winds of change, but they keep on going, with the airline announcing new services from Nashville and more redeye flights between Hawaii and mainland USA.
