A woman’s ordinary walk with her dog turned into an extraordinary discovery that has captured the attention of the world. Melissa, from St. Helens, recounts her surprising encounter that has sparked intrigue and speculation.
“It was my birthday recently and i received a new smartphone as a gift,” Melissa shares. “On a sunny Friday afternoon, I decided to take my dog for a walk and test out the camera on my new phone.”
As Melissa snapped pictures and recorded videos during her stroll, little did she expect to capture something so bizarre. Upon reviewing the photos later that evening, she was astonished to find what appeared to be a small alien humanoid-shaped figure walking in one of the images.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes,” Melissa exclaims. “The figure had distinct features—a head, eyes, body, arms, legs, hands and feet. It was unlike anything i had ever seen before.”
The mysterious ‘object’ in the photo reflected sunlight and cast a shadow on the ground, ruling out the possibility of it being a conventional animal like a squirrel or bird. Melissa admits she’s not a photographic expert, but the anomaly was undeniable.
The photograph, taken with a 12-megapixel camera in broad daylight, was snapped near Victoria Park’s entrance and a demolished healthcare center on Cowley Hill Lane, St. Helens.
Determined to unravel the mystery, Melissa plans to send the photo to experts for analysis. “Some speculate it lacks depth and detail,” she explains, “but others attribute its appearance to the bright sunlight and distance from the camera.”
Despite facing skepticism and accusations of fakery, Melissa stands by her discovery. “I never saw the figure when i took the photo,” she asserts. “It’s not a prank or hoax.”
