Royal Australian Air Force F-35A Lightning IIs flew air combat training missions with Royal Malaysian Air Force F/A-18D Hornets and SU-30MKM Flankers during the training exercise from 30 September to 4 October.
The airline’s new safety video stands in contrast to one released by Qantas earlier this year, which was loaded with location shots but criticised for not having any scenes on an actual aircraft.
The aircraft, operated by low-cost carrier Jeju, is thought to have been hit by a bird strike that damaged its landing gear and forced the crew to attempt a “crash landing”.
