Within this framework, on 4 October, an executive of Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) attended the 5th Eurasian Forum on Transport Safety and Digitalization, held in Almaty and organised by Kazakhstan Railways. The forum addressed critical topics such as safety improvements and the digital transformation of transport sectors, including rail, air, road, and water transport.
ADY’s rapid development in recent years highlighted the company’s commitment to complying with new global standards of transport systems, such as safety improvements and digital transformation. Within a short period, ADY has impressively automated key internal control procedures, which significantly improved safety across operations. This successful shift from manual processes to digital systems has not only minimised human error but also accelerated the detection and resolution of safety issues, instilling confidence in ADY’s capabilities.
The recently increased numbers of cargo deliveries, modernised infrastructure, and digitalisation efforts of the company to prompt satisfaction simultaneously highlighted the successful implementation of real-time monitoring, automated notifications, and digital tracking, ensuring faster response to safety risks and enhancing accountability and operational transparency.
