San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAK) has fired back at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), opposing the motion for the preliminary injunction against the use of its new name. The news comes less than a month after SFO filed a motion seeking to prevent OAK from using the new name, citing infringement on SFO’s trademark and “traveler confusion around the use of Oakland’s new name.”
