The United States Space Force announced on October 10 that the Boeing X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV-7) will begin a series of maneuvers called aerobraking to change its orbit around the Earth. This is to safely dispose of its service module components in a way that will mitigate space debris. The Space Force is focused on the US military’s space projects and is forging new frontiers in combat readiness.
