This week, the official monthly on-time performance report for Australia's domestic airlines in January was released, and again it shows that the overall airline performance is well below average with no definite signs of getting much better. The simple truth is that Australia's domestic airline industry is performing poorly and not delivering the level of service that the traveling public is paying for or deserves.
