The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.30 per share on the company’s common stock, payable Jun. 28, 2024, to shareholders of record May 31, 2024.

The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.34 per share on the company’s common stock, payable Dec. 30, 2024, to shareholders of record Dec. 6, 2024.
