Union Pacific Corporation Declares Fourth Quarter 2023 Dividend

The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.30 per share on the company’s common stock, payable Jun. 28, 2024, to shareholders of record May 31, 2024.

Union Pacific Corporation today reported 2024 third quarter net income of $1.7 billion, or $2.75 per diluted share. This compares to 2023 third quarter net income of $1.5 billion, or $2.51 per diluted share.
