Cabin crew are almost always seen preparing the aircraft, taking care of the passengers, and ensuring the safety of everyone onboard. Meanwhile, during critical phases of flight, such as takeoff, landing, and during severe turbulence, cabin crew take their jump seats. However, on long-haul flights, there are designated rest areas where crew members take turns having a well-earned break.
