The union buster and the unionist – an unlikely friendship

Albanese puts over that he is some kind of working-class hero. In his head he walks around to the rugged tones of Jimmy Barnes.

Although, I don’t think he believes in either God or Elvis. Albanese clearly only believes in power and perks. His very good friend, the Union buster, Alan Joyce, the man who grounded an airline in order to win, believes in winning at all costs.

He walks to the tune of Money for Nothing.

How these two became as close as they clearly are, is a mystery to me, as unfathomable as the building of the pyramids.

Polar opposites in just about every way. Except for their penchant for power and perks. When Albanese was Transport Minister, in charge of aviation, in a highly regulated a country – Australia, he was personally calling Joyce for upgrades.

For seats none of his working-class constituents could ever hope to sit in. I don’t blame Alan Joyce for busting the Qantas union, it had major cultural issues. I don’t blame him for taking the Transport Minister’s call, and I don’t blame him for upgrading the flights. But the absolute hide of Albanese… I don’t mind airlines providing upgrades for prominent and regular passengers.

They all do it, that much is normal. I think we can take exception to the then Transport Minister picking up the phone to the boss of a major airline and making the requests.

Do we have a Prime Minister we cannot Trust?

It is an undue pressure on the CEO on the one hand, and a major conflict for the Minister on the other. Worse, is the fact that Anthony Albanese pretends, without any care at all, without conscience or remorse, that he is a working-class, man of the people. He is a man who has never done a hard day’s work in his life.

He grew up on the public teat and to make up for it, milked it, shook it and added chocolate and malt. His newest public house has a lovely view of the Harbour.

His newest private dwelling a lovely view of the sea. I think Albanese is the embodiment of the total lack of leadership, genuine care and integrity that has had this nation circling the drain for so long.

Inflation, the cost of essentials like fuel and food, energy security, the total lack of productivity and insane industrial relations system, causes an exodus of talent and industry as they pour in unskilled and ill-fitting migrants.

Making houses entirely unaffordable for the young, destroying their hope and motivation. The cycle is now self-perpetuating, a fait accompli.

All the while, Albanese sits in seat 14A, a champagne in one hand, and his camera phone in the other as his old mate Joyce pops by for a chat, for old times’ sake. I mean why not?

Brothers from a different mother?

They have so much in common… It’s not the hypocrisy that bothers me, it’s the absolute and palpable lack of regard for the rest of us. Albanese, has in my opinion, overtaken Rudd, Gillard, Turnbull and Morrison…

I was not born for Whitlam, but I think he, at least believed in something. Albanese, the perk seeking, apparatchik’s dream life, must be, no, is, the worst Prime Minister in the history of this great nation.

The sooner this bad dream is over, the sooner we can get on with the urgent task of fixing this mess. Albanese does not have the skill, principle, decency or care to do it.

He is not a ‘nice guy’, he is a smartarse who fell all the way upstairs and can’t come down fast enough.

Resign @albo_MP, do that today, you are a talentless, embarrassment to this great nation, and we don’t need your wisdom or your help, we need you out of the way. Hand back your pension, you have made enough fun of us all.

Off to Copacabana you pop.

Give us Australia back.

  1. Ever wonder why Albanese is desperate to get the misinformation bill through?

Once that’s law, you’ll be threatened with jail time for even daring to talk about Upgrade Albo

It’s happening in the UK. If you speak out, question the government, or even share memes you’re imprisoned. That’s what Labor have planned for us here and I think we can clearly see why.

  2. This guy is dirty and would have taken those upgrades, this is why we do not have a fast train between Sydney and Melbourne because of the way qantas is looked after to the benefit of QANTAS and not the public.

  3. Confused I am. Why does a labor PM have a tight relationship with a man who illegally sacked his workforce?

I bet Joyce had a friendship with ACTU also.
