The Cessna 408 SkyCourier is a utility aircraft designed and developed by the Cessna division of Textron Aviation. Announced in 2017, the aircraft first appealed to FedEx, the world’s largest cargo operator. FedEx Corporation placed an order for 50 SkyCourier aircraft with options for an additional 50 for its subsidiary FedEx Express. The aircraft performed its first flight in May 2020 and received the type certification in March 2022.
