Zoe Daniels doubles down on punishment in Misinformation Bill

Teals Independent, Zoe Daniels is set to propose amendments to the ‘Misinformation and Disinformation Bill’ that would mandate the removal of content and impose penalties on individual users for spreading misinformation.

She also calls the public concern of Australians right to freedom of speech as a “knee-jerk reaction.”

  1. a government deciding what is “the truth” or not goes against everything I believe in. it’s madness they are even talking about it, it should have been torn up weeks ago.

We are stuffed…..even Liberals support it….this is really bad….as they all exempted themselves again…time to vote a parties and candidates not paid off by the World Economic Forum even a quick search on Google will show Peter Dutton and few well known MP or Senators in all parties are contributors to this overseas entity…and get of preferential votes system….one to one and best policy wins….and term limits.
