Did you realise 60 percent of Australia is currently under native title?
Where was the mandate, where was the referendum for this to occur?
The Australian government simply makes up laws about lies and uses an absolutist authority to enforce them which absolutely must be removed from the clutches of any Australian government. That’s the problem and it has to be dealt with by somebody, at some point before the camps.
We had it, but the majority said No; either way the Govt thought that it was a foregone conclusion & had started to process the 2yrs earlier when they started the Referendum discussion … what we are seeing is the result of arrogant Govt & Inner City Lobby Groups.
Native title is a part of building a nation in a nation Australians need to reject nation building within our nation All politicians & activists pushing this are all committing treason.
This is outrageous! What was the point of the referendum? What if these so-called First Nations sell those lands to foreigners? Will the govt be able to stop them?
We are being kicked out of our own country. Maybe we should just ignore it and if anyone says anything, just reply “I’m indigenous to Australia”, seems all you need for a scholarship.
Too much is being done by Labor behind the scenes, in secret and behind closed doors to appease the Aboriginal people. And with Allan pushing ahead with treaty, they say they won’t need public approval for whatever they agree on.
We must scrap the Welcome to Country. All Indigenous land ‘treaties’ must be immediately dissolved and the land handed back to the Australian public. There must be an immediate audit of all race-based funds and benefits.
Native title was established via High Court rulings and federal legislation. It co-exists with private ownership and does not provide exclusive rights over land. The site pictured in your post is not closed due to native title, it is closed under NSW National Park & Wildlife Act.
A rough 18% is owned by foreign owners also. Doesn’t leave much for the rest of us does it?
