The Avro Canada C102 was a medium-range prototype aircraft designed and developed by Avro Canada. This turbojet-powered aircraft performed its first flight in August 1949. Interestingly, the type became the world's second purpose-built jet aircraft to take to the skies, preceded by the de Havilland Comet by only 13 days.
