US Justice Department Launches Probe Into Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 9 Incident

It’ll become clearer in the next few months just how much trouble Boeing is in legally regarding the door plug incident of Alaska Airlines. The US Justice Department is reportedly examining whether Boeing failed to comply with an earlier agreement signed after the two 737 MAX crashes of Lion Air and Ethiopian Airlines. If that’s true, the plane maker could be staring at criminal prosecution.
