While the seven-week-long machinist’s strike at North America’s largest planemaker is over, the effects of the work stoppage will last for a long time. The workers’ strike that began at Boeing in September significantly decreased the aerospace output in the region and across many locations worldwide that provide parts and services to the manufacturing giant.
