Scheduled – Our team will be performing an emergency firmware update on a core router in Perth NextDC P1, to resolve a critical software bug that may cause an unscheduled impact if not resolved urgently. We are aiming to complete this at 5AM 31st August 2023 AWST.
We expect up to 15 minutes of down time during this period for services terminating on the device. All sessions will be drained prior to this maintenance window to ensure customer traffic isn’t impacted.
Customers terminating on this device will be emailed directly by our NOC team. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
