Scheduled – Our team will be performing an emergency firmware upgrade on several core network devices in Equinix TY8. This emergency maintenance is required to resolve a critical software bug we identified in several versions of Arista models we have deployed.

Due to the number of devices which need to be upgraded, we have allocated a 5 hour period. We have scheduled this maintenance to take place during the early hours of the morning to minimise the impact to customers. The expected downtime should not exceed 3 hours.

Start time: Sunday 27th August 3AM (UTC +9)
End time: Sunday 27th August 8AM (UTC +9)

This upgrade is necessary to ensure the stability of our global network. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
