Identified – We have noted a fault on segment AB (Japan to Taiwan) of the RNAL submarine cable system. At this stage, we are still awaiting updates, as the damage investigation remains ongoing. No estimated time of resolution (ETR) has been provided yet.
Traffic has automatically been rerouted through alternative paths. During this period, customers may experience increased latency.
