Boeing created mock-ups advertising the massive new aircraft around 1967 and 1968. The mock-ups show how Boeing thought the new 747-100 could be configured. Although in practice, many of the conceptual ideas in the mock-ups were never adopted by the airlines and the massive jet took a different pathway.
