Just over a month ago, British Airways ended 2024 in a controversial fashion by announcing a series of changes to its Executive Club program. Among these was an aesthetic rebrand, as well as renaming the scheme to The British Airways Club, although these aspects were not the ones that drew the most criticism from the airline’s frequent flyers. Instead, the shift to spend-based earning was criticized.
