Union Pacific Corporation Declares First Quarter 2025 Dividend

The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.34 per share on the company’s common stock, payable Mar. 31, 2025, to shareholders of record Feb. 28, 2025.

– Union Pacific Corporation today reported 2024 first quarter net income of $1.6 billion, or $2.69 per diluted share. This compares to 2023 first quarter net income of $1.6 billion, or $2.67 per diluted share.

Union Pacific Corporation today reported 2024 third quarter net income of $1.7 billion, or $2.75 per diluted share. This compares to 2023 third quarter net income of $1.5 billion, or $2.51 per diluted share.
