More than 75 foreign airlines will have long-haul routes to the US this summer, based on examining all scheduled passenger flights using Cirium data. For this, 3,000 miles (4,828 km) is used as the cut-off point, just as it is by United Airlines. Unsurprisingly, international operators have more long-haul services than US carriers, at 56% and 44% of the total, respectively.
