Overhaul of Darjeeling steam locomotive takes costly turn

The Darjeeling Tank Locomotive Trust has announced that it has launched a new appeal to manufacture a new boiler for 19B.

At the Statfold Barn Railway’s workshops, work has got underway overhauling the late Adrian Shooter’s 1889-built Darjeeling No. 19.
