A Frontier Airlines passenger was refused boarding on her return flight due to the presence of a parrot which was serving as an emotional support animal. Despite having flown outbound with the parrot from New York John F Kennedy Airport (JFK) to Luis Muñoz Marín International (SJU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico, without incident, the woman was told, ahead of the return, that the parrot couldn’t come.
