Passengers onboard an American Airlines flight to Europe recently faced a lengthy delay after their aircraft was forced to return to its point of origin in the United States. While we often hear of diversions that occur due to factors such as technical issues or adverse weather, this particular incident had a more human side to it. Indeed, it was reportedly caused by a disruptive passenger’s agitated behavior.
