After a wave of recent incidents, the Federal Aviation Administration looks closely at Chicago-based United Airlines. Over the next few weeks, a higher presence from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is expected as they review some of the Star Alliance member's work processes, manuals, and current facilities.
