An IndiGo passenger, on a flight from Bangalore to Delhi was greeted with a shocking sight at the carousel. Her cyan-colored hard-cover luggage, once pristine, was now a testament to IndiGo's negligence. The entire shell was marred by a large crack, rendering the bag almost unusable.
