Alaska Airlines recently was able to provide a final flight to the final resting place of the late US Navy Chief Petty Officer Richard Clyde Higgins from Portland, Oregon (PDX) to Los Angeles, California (LAX) to be laid next to his late wife. The honor flight was carried out by one of Alaska Air Group’s special “Honoring Those Who Serve” special liveries, and the captain of the flight – Adrienne Grechman – previously flew Clyde from the 2021 80th Pearl Harbor anniversary.
