In 2022, Bombardier announced an enhanced version of the Global 7500, their flagship ultra-long-haul business jet. According to Business Jet Traveller, the program’s lone test vehicle flew more than 150 hours in November 2023. Their GE Passport engines are based on the guts of the high-efficiency CFM Leap models being developed for new-generation Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft. This makes the jet one of the most fuel-efficient available to buy today.
