Taxpayers recently upgraded and refurbished many of these sets. The damage from V/Line mismanagement shows just how poor their financial management is to allow these near new inside carriages to be damaged in such a way.

I can confirm that there is basically no glass left in the Echuca sets that are away from the station building. It’s a bloody disgrace.
