The demise of low-cost carrier Bonza has cast a heavy shadow over Australian aviation, but nothing stands still in this industry; even COVID-19 couldn’t stop it completely, although it had a good try. Some good news for airlines, and possibly passengers, is that the competition regulator has taken a favorable view of the proposed partnership between Virgin Australia and Air New Zealand on trans-Tasman flights.
