Mokulele Airlines, a regional carrier based in Kahului with hubs at Kahului and Honolulu, and Hawaiian Airlines, which provides a robust domestic and international network from its home at Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). However, what about the airlines that are no longer in operation?
