Air India Fined For Inadequate Emergency Oxygen Supply On Some Boeing 777 Routes

India’s aviation regulator, the DGCA, has penalized Air India for safety violations on some of its ultra-long-haul Boeing 777 flights. The issue relates to onboard emergency oxygen supply, which was found to be inadequate on its recently leased 777 aircraft used on US flights.
