Metzo – part of The Vita Group – a supplier into the aviation and rail industry, has announced the successful acquisition of Paustian Airtex, an aviation business that covers all leather and textile products in the aviation industry, including seat covers, pockets, curtains, flooring or panels.
A company statement says the acquisition of Paustian Airtex aligns seamlessly with The Vita Group’s focus of innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence, Paustian will bring enhanced cut & sew capabilities to Metzo as well as bringing greater level of service and to offer customer additional value-added solutions, propelling the company further towards its growth objectives.
The Vita Group is working closely with Paustian Airtex’s existing customers and supplier to ensure a smooth transition. With operational sites in Germany and Poland, this acquisition positions The Vita Group to broaden its capabilities and enhance its market presence in the aviation and rail sector.
