Project Leaders has appointed Alison Bell as its new People and Communications Director.
Alison Bell is a seasoned and accomplished Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a comprehensive background as a business-focused People and Corporate Affairs professional.
Her extensive experience spans various sectors, with notable expertise in safety-critical industries, particularly within the rail sector, most recently as the People and Corporate Affairs Director at MTR UK.
Alison has received numerous awards, including the UK Rail Industry Recruitment Excellence Award and HR Excellence Awards for Most Effective Recruitment Strategy and Diversity and Inclusion.
