Akiem opens Ostricourt locomotive maintenance centre

FRANCE: Leasing company Akiem has opened a locomotive maintenance and overhaul workshop near the Dourges Delta 3 intermodal logistics terminal in Ostricourt, south of Lille.
The Lilydale Line is Melbourne’s first rail line to be boom gate free with the final 2 dangerous and congested level crossings now gone for good, a year ahead of schedule.
