Scheduled – We will be performing scheduled emergency maintenance to upgrade the firmware of our core routers in Hong Kong. Customers without protected services will experience a single impact lasting no more than 25 minutes during this window, outside of local peak hours, as each device is reloaded.
Our backbone network will not be affected, as traffic will automatically reroute.
