Global Fiber taps Padtec, Satelital for subsea cable off Brazilian coast

Australian prefabricated modular data centre specialist company DXN announced that it has signed contracts worth a total of A$5.7 million (US$3.8 million) to build four cable landing stations for the East Micronesia Cable System (EMCS).

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in collaboration with other UN departments established a new body aimed at strengthening the resilience of submarine cables in response to rising outages.
