easyJet will fly to the City of Derry for the first time in November. It will become the low-cost carrier’s 22nd UK destination and the third in Northern Ireland. No other airline will serve the trio. It will have two routes to Derry without Public Service Obligation (PSO) funding. Will it do better on the routes than those carriers before it? Time will tell.
