On Wednesday, June 26, it was revealed that a Russian businessman had acquired an Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ), according to The Moscow Times. The acquisition of the new aircraft is despite strict sanctions that restricted the export of foreign aircraft into Russia, which were placed on the country by the United States and the EU after Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022.
